The House
This page is about the developer-controlled player (claimrushdev.base.eth).
For your personal overview page, see Overview.
What the House is (and is not)
The House is a normal player under the same game rules as everyone else.
The House has:
- No admin permissions
- No guardian permissions
- No privileged contract hooks
- Only public functions available to all players
What the House may do
At any time:
- Take and defend the Crown
- Mine CLAIM while King
- Lock CLAIM as veCLAIM
- Provide liquidity, participate in LP systems
- Buy, sell, or hold CLAIM
Note: The House may sell CLAIM. The House may lock CLAIM. No forward-looking commitments about timing, size, or intent.
No pre-announcements
- House does not pre-announce actions, events, token swaps, or strategy
- Actions discovered onchain in real time
- May share notes after the fact (e.g., on @claimrushdev)
Fairness
- House uses only public interfaces documented in docs
- No dev-only execution paths
- House will not act on non-public protocol changes
- Protocol governance is separate from the House.
ClaimTokenandVeClaimNFTare permanent direct roots. The proxy-backed runtime reaches permanent finality only through the freeze-and-burn ceremony described in Safety & Risk — Protocol phases. - The House has no admin, owner, or guardian permissions — it is a separate player address with no privileged access
