Key ClaimRush terms. For the full mental model, see Core Concepts.

Game concepts

  • Mine — The central asset. One King controls it at a time.
  • Crown — The King slot. Taking over makes you King.
  • King — The current holder of the Crown. One King at a time. Mines CLAIM and receives 75% of the next takeover payment when dethroned.
  • Reign — The period a King holds the Mine.
  • Takeover — Paying in ETH to become King.
  • Takeover cost decay — After each takeover, the cost to take the Crown doubles, then decays back toward the floor (0.001 ETH) over up to one hour. The cost you pay depends on how soon after the last takeover you act. See The Crown — Takeover pricing and decay.
  • Cost tier — Live label on the current takeover cost (Low, Medium, or High) relative to the decay curve. Radar can alert when the cost crosses into a tier you care about. See Radar & Notifications.
  • Mining rate — CLAIM/s earned by the King. Starts at 50 CLAIM/s, decays to ~5.56 CLAIM/s over 2 years.
  • Materialization — CLAIM accrues while you are King, but tokens are minted and delivered only when the next takeover finalizes your reign (not continuously).
  • CLAIM stream — The flow of value through the protocol: ETH enters via takeovers, splits to King and Barons, CLAIM is mined and locked in the Furnace, producing veCLAIM that earns future royalties. See Core Concepts.

Tokens

  • CLAIM — The game token on Base. Displayed as CLAIM in the app.
  • veCLAIM — Locked-CLAIM balance issued as an NFT by the Furnace. Higher veCLAIM = larger royalty share. Decays as lock time remaining decreases — enable AutoMax to prevent decay. See veCLAIM for the concept and the Locks page for managing positions.
  • Royalty share (%) — Your veCLAIM / total veCLAIM. Shown on the Locks page.

Locks

  • Lock — A time-locked CLAIM position represented by an NFT. See Locks.
  • AutoMax — Per-lock toggle. ON = 1-year remaining (max veCLAIM, no decay, automatic bonus growth during the settlement window). OFF required to unlock.
  • Eternal Lock — A one-action ETH-only flow that enters the Furnace (≈ 1,000 CLAIM equivalent), creates an AutoMax lock, and configures shareholder royalties auto-compound to target it. See The Furnace — Eternal Lock.
  • Entry token — CLAIM or ETH sent to the Furnace. The Furnace converts ETH to CLAIM if needed.

Furnace

  • Furnace — The lock engine that adds bonus CLAIM. Only counterparty for lock creation and trading. See The Furnace.
  • Bonus — Extra veCLAIM the Furnace adds on top of what you lock. Applies at entry and when extending a lock’s duration. Depends on duration, entry size, and recent activity. For eligible AutoMax locks, the keeper processes extension bonuses during the settlement window.
  • Furnace emission stream — A separate CLAIM emission (5 CLAIM/s at launch, decaying to ~0.56 CLAIM/s over 2 years) minted directly to the Furnace reserve. This is what funds the bonus.
  • Furnace reserve — CLAIM held by the Furnace that powers bonuses and protocol-quoted exits. Fed primarily by the Furnace emission stream.
  • Spread (haircut) — Discount applied when selling a lock back to the Furnace. Dynamic: varies with bonus conditions, remaining time, position size, and recent volume. Higher spread = less CLAIM received.
  • Round-trip floor — The protocol’s worst-case loss target for locking and immediately selling back. ~25% on a fresh 1-year lock; proportionally smaller on shorter locks. Burst sell-impact surcharges can temporarily exceed this floor. See The Furnace — Spread range.
  • Lock Now — Enter the Furnace immediately by providing CLAIM or ETH. Receive a live quote for veCLAIM output including bonus.
  • Make Offer — Patient entry into the Furnace: escrow CLAIM and set a target bonus. Executes automatically when the live bonus meets your target before expiry.

Market

  • Market — Lock management board for veCLAIM. Used for sell/buy positions and managing listings. See Market.
  • List Lock (patient exit) — Market listing to the Furnace with a minimum payout floor and an expiry. Settles automatically when the Furnace quote meets your floor.
  • Sell now (instant exit) — Immediate sellback to the Furnace at the current live quote. Fast but at a discount (spread).

Barons and royalties

LP Vault

  • LP Vault — Staking vault for Aerodrome WETH/CLAIM LP tokens. See Liquidity & LP Vault.
  • Harvest — Collect LP rewards (paid in CLAIM).
  • Harvest & Lock — Route LP rewards through the Furnace into veCLAIM with a bonus.

Protocol state

  • Genesis — The one-time launch event that mints the seed CLAIM, seeds the Aerodrome WETH/CLAIM pool, locks the LP for 24 months, and activates takeovers. See Genesis.
  • Genesis LP lock — The 24-month time lock on the LP minted from the genesis seed. The lock can only be extended, never shortened. See Genesis — The 24-month genesis LP lock.
  • Finality — The state in which core game logic is permanently locked. Reached when governance executes the freeze-and-burn ceremony. See Finality.
  • Freeze-and-burn — The single timelocked onchain ceremony that moves the protocol into finality: it freezes configuration on the five core contracts and renounces ownership of the four runtime ProxyAdmin contracts. See Finality — The freeze-and-burn ceremony.
  • Configuration freeze — One-way, irreversible lock on a contract’s core configuration. After freeze, the contract’s wiring cannot be re-pointed. Surfaced per-contract on the Security page.

Other

  • Overview — Your wallet-aware overview page (/overview ). Without a connected wallet, personal panels are hidden; connecting (from the header or inside any action modal) unlocks your personal rewards, locks, and quick actions.
  • House — The developer-controlled onchain player (claimrushdev.base.eth). Plays under the same rules as everyone else, with no admin or guardian permissions.
  • Bot access — A delegation session granting a trusted bot limited, time-bound permissions to act for your address. Managed via the Bot access panel in the app.
  • Keeper — Whitelisted automation operator that executes time-sensitive actions on behalf of users: AutoMax extension bonuses, shareholder auto-compound, LP fee harvest, and Market listing settlement. Keepers cannot move funds outside the rules of each surface. Keeper actions are processed during the settlement window unless noted otherwise.
  • Radar — Watches + Inbox. Alerts for cost tiers, bonus windows, addresses.
  • Sellback — Selling a lock NFT back to the Furnace for liquid CLAIM. Protocol-quoted, usually at a discount.
  • Slippage — Protection against price movement between previewing a quote and signing the transaction. You set a minimum acceptable output (or maximum acceptable input); if the live quote moves past that bound, the transaction reverts and you keep your funds (you still pay gas). Lock Now and Collect & Lock guard veCLAIM output; Sell now guards CLAIM payout; Make Offer and List Lock encode their floor onchain.
  • Proof of lock — ClaimRush’s core principle: the protocol rewards only what you lock, not promises. No premine, no treasury, no offchain leverage.
  • Settlement window — A recurring period (daily by default) during which eligible keeper-processed actions may be processed: shareholder auto-compound, AutoMax extension bonuses, and LP vault fee harvest. Accrual remains continuous between windows.
  • Strategy & Tips — See Strategy & Tips for how to apply these concepts.
